Hello, These are sandwiches that I have created and LOVED over the years. Some have found them to be "delightful", some have not. It depends what you like...

"Le Challenge": 13 Yummers!

My 'Top 'Er Up' Sandwiches:
These are listed from simple to more complex.
Otherwise... the kind of bread, sprouts, cheese, etc... is optional.
"BREAKY":
1. PB (peanut butter) & J (jam) with Bananas (PBJB).
2. 'B.E.L.T.Ch': Bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, & cheese.
Believe it or not, this one I actually have had to "teach" others... lol

From bottom to top:
3. Pancake/ waffle, 'Egg Stuff' (see below), cheese, syrup, tomato, mayo, & toast.
4. Pancake/ waffle, PB, back bacon, syrup or jam, sprouts, cheese, tomato, mayo, & toast.
5. Pancake/ waffle, back bacon, syrup, 1 'Grilled One Eye' (see below), bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, & toast.
6. Pancake/ waffle, 'Egg Stuff', cheese, syrup, 1 'Grilled One Eye', Veggie Medley #1 (see below), & toast.

"DINNER":
7. Tuna, lettuce, & gravy.
8. Ham, cream cheese, & dill pickles (ham optional).
9. Tuna, sprouts, grapes, & cheese.

From bottom to top:
10. Summer sausage, honey mustard, cheese, salami, Veggie Medley #1, & mayo.
11. Honey mustard, turkey, bacon/ ham, cheese, Italian dressing, sprouts, artichoke hearts (thick slices), tomato, & mayo.
12. Chili Dog: Hot dog,sprouts, bacon, mushrooms, onion, cheese, & chili topper - to keep it all in the bun!
13. "Deluxe" Hamburger: Honey mustard, hamburger patty, cheese, bacon, mushrooms, onion, sunny-side fried egg, tomato, lettuce, & mayo.

'EGG STUFF': Start with a white sauce & add the following to taste...
Large diced hard boiled eggs, diced ham or broken up bacon, by the tablespoon sour cream, salt, pepper...
I have been known to add a couple extra ingredients here, but... that's a family secret. (^^^)

'GRILLED ONE EYE'': Bread grilled in a pan, with an egg fried in the center - cut a small hole.

VEGGIE MEDLEY#1: cook in butter... mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, onion, tomato, garlic, italian dressing, seasoning salt, & pepper.
